Most Health Insurance plans recognize Chiropractic Treatment. As per our clinic policy, patients are required to pay for their treatment at the time it is provided, so as to settle their account in full with the clinic directly. In return, we will gladly provide a full letter-headed receipt that patients can send off to their insurance provider (eg BUPA, AXA, Simply Health, etc) to get reimbursed as per the individual policy coverage.
David Evans' & Archna Shah's GCC registration numbers, BUPA registration numbers, AXA,WPA, and PruHealth registration numbers can be obtained from reception.
